We helped Designer Wellness build a custom Inventory Dashboard within NetSuite that lets them quickly identify which warehouse is best suited to fulfill each Amazon order, minimizing delays, improving visibility, and eliminating guesswork.
Challenge
Designer Wellness needed to streamline their Amazon fulfillment process by determining the best warehouse to ship each order based on stock availability. NetSuite's out-of-the-box functionality didn’t offer this level of visibility, so they turned to us to create a custom solution.
Requirements
A dashboard accessible within NetSuite to visualize inventory across multiple warehouses.
Orders grouped by Transfer Order, showing relevant item and warehouse data.
Stock indicators to show availability and help pick the optimal warehouse.
Search and pagination support for usability.
Solution
We designed and built a Suitelet-based custom Inventory Dashboard that:
Retrieves orders from a custom saved search.
Displays grouped order information with real-time stock levels by location.
Highlights the best and second-best warehouses for fulfillment.
Allows searching by order or item name.
Supports pagination and scroll-friendly layout.
Configuration is flexible: business users can manage the warehouse list and order filters , with no need for developer intervention.

Results
Streamlined warehouse selection based on accurate stock visibility.
Reduced risk of partial shipments or fulfillment delays.
Empowered internal teams with a clear, visual interface.
Fully native experience within NetSuite, requiring no external tools.
Conclusion
This tailored inventory dashboard gives Designer Wellness a powerful edge when it comes to order fulfillment. By making smart stock data easily accessible and actionable, we’ve helped them scale their operations confidently inside NetSuite.
